I don't know if this even counts as a recipe, but it is so delicious.
Bakery buns
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
salt and black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Approx. 3 - 4 lb. pork roast, preferably shoulder
Place a roast in your slow cooker and pour a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce on top, as well as minced garlic. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours. Remove the roast and get rid of the fat. Reserve much of the juice and pour the rest of the barbecue sauce in the crockpot. Shred the pork and return to the cooker. Heat on high until heated through. Serve on buns.
