A delicious, cheesy side dish that is perfect for gatherings.
1 Pound package frozen hashbrowns
16 Ounces sour cream
3/4 Cup melted butter
2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Can cream of chicken & mushroom soup
3 Cup crushed cornflakes
Combine sour cream, hashbrowns, cheese, a half cup of melted butter, the onions, and soup in a large bowl. Spread in glass baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Combine the crushed cornflakes with the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter and spread on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
