A creamy, decadent way to serve chicken.
1 package dried beef
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup sour cream
6 Slices bacon
Spread the package of dried beef on the bottom of a baking dish. Place three halved chicken breasts on top. Pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of sour cream over top. Place the slices of bacon on top of the chicken.
Bake, covered, at 250 degrees for three hours. For the last few minutes, turn on the broiler and remove the cover.
