2 cups grapefruit juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup ginger syrup or to taste (recipe below)
2 cups silver tequila
4 cup pomegranate juice
ginger beer for topping
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 inch fresh ginger chopped
In a large pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, tequila, and pomegranate juice. Chill until ready to serve. Pour over ice and top with ginger beer.
Bring 1/2 cup water, honey and ginger to a boil over high heat. Once boiling simmer, 1-2 minutes and then remove from the heat. Steep 10-15 minutes. Strain out the ginger.
